Information for Coaches

Coaching is a one year commitment and is done in the summer (generally June-August). This allows a person to coach for both the fall and spring sessions.

Registration is done online. It requires filling out a registration form, completing several online training courses, and passing a background check.

Coaching registration is done through the same portal as player registration. Click here to start registration (only available when season registration is open).

Currency

There are several specific certification and training tasks that individuals must complete in order to be eligible to coach a team. Both new and returning coaches can use these instructions to ensure they have completed all their obligations.

Team Management

To perform various coaching duties for your team(s) (view/print your roster, send email, etc.) please use this link and log in using the credentials you used when volunteering to coach.

You can also perform many of these duties directly from the Got Sport mobile app. You can install it from the App or Play store on Apple and Android respectively.
