Registration is now open for the upcoming Fall 2011/ Spring 2012 season.... Please use registration link above for forms and further details...
Important changes for the new season!
Fees - Registration fees for U9 - U14/15 are now $70.00 per child and are discounted for more than one child in the same household (details outlined on form). U7's and U8's will remain $60.00 per child.
New Uniform Kits - Uniforms will be required for U9 through U12 players and the fee for uniforms is $30.00 per kit. The kit includes OYSA Jersey, Shorts, and 1 pair of pro socks. Size availability will be Youth Small through Adult Large. I've included a photo of the new uniform below.
Please Note - players registered as U7 and U8 in the fall will not be required to purchase a uniform kit. Our current uniform will be used and can be exchanged for a different size if needed. We will transition to the new uniform for these groups in Spring and Fall of 2012.
Old Uniform Return - All spring 2011 registered players U8 through U12 and U14/15's that are ending are required to return their current uniform (jersey and shorts) to OYSA. If player wants to keep their current uniform, it can be purchased for $20.00
Registration
Although the deadline was June 11th, you have until July 1st before a late fee is incurred. HOWEVER, roster slots are on a first come basis and the registration deadline is set this day to give everyone an opportunity to secure a spot.
